Return Policy
We want to make sure that you’re as happy with your Lola Denim products as we are. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. You will be offered the option to replace your item(s) or be refunded.
If you are returning your item(s), a prepaid shipping label will be delivered via email after you request a return.
Repackage your item(s) securely in the Lola Denim Pack provided with your order and include a copy of your receipt along with the item(s) you're returning. Drop your package at any post office or mailbox.
Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund. A restocking fee of $5 will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
